Recruitment Video - Juliana G/Sarah K.MOVTroop FL9613 is a ministry of Malabar Baptist Church in Malabar, FL. American Heritage Girls (AHG) is a Christ-centered character, leadership, and adventure program for girls ages 5-18.
The AHG program combines the methods of traditional scout-type programs, including outdoor skills, leadership development, the patrol method, advancement, and uniforms, with Christian youth ministry. The program’s vision is to be the premier national character development organization for girls that embraces Christian values and encourages family involvement.

Our Troop Program Year follows closely with the Brevard County Schools Calendar and runs from September through May. We scale our program back over the summer to accommodate for family time and vacations, but do offer social events for our girls and their families to continue building relationships.
During the program year, we meet at our Charter Organization on Tuesday evenings and offer membership for girls ranging in ages from 5-18 years old. We also welcome adults seeking leadership opportunities; our organization is run entirely by faithful Christian volunteers who have been background checked and trained through AHG National.
