Troop Policies, & Guidelines
On each of the links below, you will find all of the information you need regarding our Troop's Policies and Guidelines, the structure of the AHG program and important information you need to know as a parent/guardian of your girl(s) in this program. Families are REQUIRED to review these policies and complete the Parent Signature Page, at the bottom link on this page, which should be turned in with all of the registration documents due upon registering your girl. Established families should review these policies each year and reference them frequently when there are questions, as policies might be updated.
About the AHG Program (Mission Statement, Oath, Creed, Statement of Faith, Inclusion Policy, Membership, etc.)
Health and Safety (Visitor/Sibling Policies, Pick Up and Drop off Procedures, Sick Policy, Cancellation Policy, Conflict Resolution, Camping/Travel, etc.)
Advancement (Joining Award, Unit Level Awards, Patches, Badges, Service Hours, Stars and Stripes, Board of Reviews, Award Ceremonies, etc.)
Parent Signature Page (due annually for all families, upon registration with the Troop)
